Pixcrez is an app for creating images and editing photos and camera images.

● Screen explanation
Initial screen
■ Initial screen
Top right icon ⇒ A pop-up menu for adding data will appear.
Settings icon ⇒ Opens the settings screen.
? icon ⇒ Displays instructions for use.
■ Pop-up menu for adding data
New ⇒ Create a new blank image by specifying the image size.
Photo Library ⇒ Create a new image based on a photo saved in your photo library.
Camera ⇒ Create a new image based on an image taken with your camera.
■ Screen displayed when creating a new file
・ Cancel ⇒ Return to the data list screen.
Icon in the upper right ⇒ Create a new blank image.
・ Name ⇒ Specify the name of the image.
・ Resolution List ⇒ Displays a list of iPhone and iPad resolutions.
・ Width ⇒ Specify the image's width.
・ Height ⇒ Specify the image's height.
・ Fixed Aspect Ratio ⇒ Turn ON to resize the image with a fixed aspect ratio.
・ Image Image ⇒ Check the aspect ratio of the image.

 

Drawing screen
■ Drawing Screen
1. Functions at the Top of the Screen (From Left)
Save ⇒ Saves the data and returns to the data list screen.
Fit to Screen ⇒ Fits the image to the screen size.
Undo ⇒ Undo one editing action.
Redo ⇒ Undo one action.
Layer ⇒ Displays the layer menu.
Edit ⇒ Displays the edit menu.
2. Drawing Area
- Drag with one finger ⇒ Draw with the selection brush.
- Pinch in/out ⇒ Zoom in/out the image display.
- Drag with two fingers ⇒ Pan the image display.
- Double tap ⇒ Cancel a selection, if any.
3. Bottom of Screen Functions (from left)
Toolbox ⇒ Displays the Toolbox pop-up menu.
・ Brush icon on the scroll bar ⇒ Displays a list of brushes to use for drawing.
Brush Editing Screen ⇒ Displays the editing screen for the brush list displayed on the scroll bar.
■ Brush Icon
・ Tapping a brush selects it as the drawing brush. (The blue circle is the selected brush.)
・ Tapping the selected brush allows you to customize that brush.
・ Double-tapping the selected brush allows you to edit the brush's color.
・ Press and hold the brush icon to display the pop-up menu.
■ Press and hold the brush icon to display the pop-up menu.
Edit ⇒ The selection brush editing screen will appear.
Duplicate ⇒ Creates a duplicate of the selection brush.
Delete ⇒ Deletes the selection brush.
■ Tap the icon in the lower left corner to display the pop-up menu.
Paint Brush ⇒ A list of paint brushes is displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.

Fill ⇒ A list of fill functions is displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
Effect ⇒ A list of effect brushes is displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
Filter ⇒ A list of filter categories will be displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
Area Selection ⇒ A list of area selection functions will be displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen.
■ Tap the icon in the upper right corner to display the pop-up menu.
Rotate ⇒ Rotate the data.
Flip Horizontal ⇒ Flip the data horizontally.
Flip Vertical ⇒ Flip the data vertically.
AI Background Removal ⇒ Removes the background of a person.
Paste from Photo Library ⇒ Paste from the Photo Library.
Paste from Clipboard ⇒ Paste from the clipboard.
Save to Photos Library ⇒ Save to Photos Library.
■ Photo Library Save Confirmation Dialog
- Select [Allow] to save images to your Photo Library.

 

Brush editing screen
■ Tap the icon in the lower right corner of the drawing screen to display the brush list screen.
・ The brush list displayed in the scroll bar at the bottom of the drawing screen is displayed from top to bottom.
1. Top-of-screen functions (from left)
・ Number of drawing brushes
Add ⇒ Add a drawing brush.
Duplicate ⇒ Duplicate the selected drawing brush.
Delete ⇒ Delete the selected drawing brush.
Close ⇒ Closes the screen.
2. Brush Row (from left)
・ Circle icon ⇒ Select a brush.
・ Brush icon ⇒ Displays the brush image.
・ Brush name ⇒ Displays the brush name.
・ Drawing image ⇒ Displays the drawing image.
・ Grasp icon ⇒ Replaces the brush.
3. Palette List
・ Displays a list of palettes.
Click the + button on the left to add a new palette.
■ Press and hold the brush row ⇒ A pop-up menu will appear.
■ A pop-up menu appears when you press and hold the brush row.
Edit ⇒ The selection brush editing screen appears.
Duplicate ⇒ Creates a duplicate of the selection brush.
Gradient ⇒ Creates a gradient selection brush.
Delete ⇒ Deletes the selection brush.
Delete Up to Next Selection ⇒ Deletes all brushes up to the next selection.

Close the screen.

・ Draw an image of the brush.
・ Tap to display a menu listing brush types.
3. Brush Properties
・ Name ⇒ Tap the text box to enter a name for the brush.
・ Color ⇒ Tap a color to select a color from the color palette.
・ Slider Bar ⇒ Adjust each value to customize the brush.
■ Brush Type List Menu
- Tap to change to the brush you want.
■ Pop-up menu displayed by long pressing the palette list
・ Duplicate ⇒ Creates a duplicate of the selected palette.
・ Delete ⇒ Deletes the selected palette.

 

Color Palette
■ Color Editing
1. Top of the Screen Features (From Left)
Eyedropper ⇒ Specify a color from the editing screen.
Switch to the color circle screen.
Switch to the color grid screen.
× Icon ⇒ Close the color palette.
2. Color Circle
- Drag the circle to specify a color.
3. Color Bar
- Drag the red, green, blue, and opacity circles to specify a color.
4. Current Color and Registered Colors (Scroll Down)
- A list of the current color and registered colors is displayed.
  Tap the + icon to register the current color.
- Tapping a registered color will make it the current color and a circle will appear.
- Tapping a selected registered color will mark it for deletion, and tapping again will delete the color.

 

Toolbox screen
■ Drawing Brushes
・ A list of drawing brushes is displayed.
■ Eraser
・ A list of erasers is displayed.
■ Fill
・ A list of fill functions is displayed.
・ Fills the area of ​​a shape created by dragging.
・ Fills the area of ​​the color you tap (teardrop icon).
・ Turning Erase ON in Properties activates the erase function. (A scissors mark will appear.)
■ Effects
・ A list of effects is displayed.
■ Filter Screen

・ Cancel ⇒ Cancels the filter operation and returns to the drawing screen.
Layer Icon ⇒ Select the layer to apply the filter to.
Check Icon ⇒ Apply the filter.
2. Screen Image
・ Filter ⇒ A confirmation screen will be displayed before application.
・ Crosshairs ⇒ Appears when specifying the center. Drag to specify the center.
3. Filter List for Selected Category
・ Check to select a filter.
4. Slider bar
- Adjusts the filter value.
■ Area Selection (from left)
Square icon ⇒ Drag to create a square area. (The invert icon erases the area.)
Circle icon ⇒ Drag to create a circle area. (The invert icon erases the area.)
Freehand icon ⇒ Drag to create a freehand area. (The invert icon erases the area.)
Pen icon ⇒ Creates an area with an approximate color of the tapped color. (The flip icon erases the area.)
Object detection icon ⇒ Detects an object and creates its area.

■ Icons displayed when an area is selected (from left)
Scissors icon ⇒ Cuts the selected area and copies it to the clipboard.
Copy icon ⇒ Copies the selected area to the clipboard.
Flip icon ⇒ Reverses the drawing area.
Cross icon ⇒ Moves the selected area. (The drawing area will be reversed.)
Cancel icon ⇒ Cancels the selected area. (You can also double-tap the screen to cancel.)

 

Layer Screen
■ Layer Screen
1. Top of the Screen Features (From left)
・ Show Size ⇒ Displays the layer size.
Add ⇒ Adds a layer.
Duplicate (When a layer is selected) ⇒ Creates a duplicate of the selected layer.
Clear (When a layer is selected) ⇒ Clears the selected layer.
Merge (when two or more layers are selected) ⇒ Merge the selected layers.
Delete (when a layer is selected) ⇒ Delete the selected layer.
Close ⇒ Close the screen.
2. Layer Rows (from left)
・ Select (circle icon on the left) ⇒ Select a layer.
Show/Hide (eye icon) ⇒ Show or hide the layer.
・ Blend Mode ⇒ Displays the blend mode.
・ Slider bar ⇒ Displays the layer's transparency.
・ Layer Image ⇒ Displays an image of the layer.
・ Swap (the knob icon on the right) ⇒ Swaps layers.
・ Press and hold the layer row ⇒ Displays a pop-up menu for editing layers.
3. Bottom of the Screen
・ Blend Mode ⇒ Selects the layer's blend mode.
・ Slider bar ⇒ Adjusts the layer's transparency.

Clear ⇒ Clears the selected layer.
Fill ⇒ Displays the fill settings screen for the selected layer.
Duplicate ⇒ Duplicates the selected layer.
Flip Horizontal ⇒ Flips the selected layer horizontally.

Copy to Clipboard ⇒ Copies the selected layer to the clipboard.

1. Top of Screen Features
・ Cancel ⇒ Cancels the pasting operation.
Execute ⇒ Executes the pasting.
2. Placement Operations
・ Pinch in/out on the paste screen ⇒ Zoom in or out on the pasted image.
・ Drag the paste screen with two fingers ⇒ Move the pasted image.
・ Rotate the paste screen with two fingers ⇒ Rotate the pasted image.
3. Paste Options
Paste Edit Pop-up Menu
・ Blend Mode ⇒ Displays a list of blend modes.
Slider bar ⇒ Specifies the opacity of the pasted image.
